Phoenix Medical Resort offers separate chalets in Skhidnytsia, where you can combine the privacy of a country house with the infrastructure of a resort complex in a pine forest park area. For a large family or company, spacious two-story options with an area of up to 116 m² are provided. A small family can rent a cottage in Skhidnytsia with a separate bedroom, living room and kitchen.
What is included in the accommodation price?
A vacation at Phoenix is not just about staying in a separate cottage in the forests of the Carpathians. The territory features gazebos with barbecues, which are completely free to use and do not require prior reservation.

Guests can choose from a 52 m² Classic Chalet, a 52 m² Forest View Chalet with a terrace overlooking the forest, or a 116 m² Premium Chalet with three bedrooms on two floors.
Yes. Each chalet has a kitchen area with an induction hob, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, crockery and a dining table for self-catering.
Yes. An extra bed is considered a sofa bed in the living room; additional beds are not provided in the chalet. The conditions and cost depend on the age of the child and the maximum capacity of the selected category.
Yes, with prior agreement at the time of booking, accommodation with non-fighting breed dogs weighing up to 10 kg is allowed. The service is paid separately, in one chalet - no more than two animals.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out is until 12:00 PM. The reception is open 24 hours a day, so you can check in anytime after 3:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee if needed.
Breakfast is not included in the basic rate. You can add it when booking or pay directly at the Phoenix Hygge restaurant - the cost does not change. Breakfast is already included in the BB SPA rate.
Cleaning is done every other day, from 09:00 to 18:00. For example, for stays from the 20th to the 25th, cleaning will be done on the 22nd and 24th. If you need to change the time, be present, or order additional cleaning, just let the reception know.
Yes. There is free internet access on the territory of the cottage town and in each chalet.
