The temperature in the sauna is up to +70°C. This is a dry, soft heat that warms deeply and evenly, without creating a feeling of suffocation. A gentle alternative to the classic Finnish sauna with its intense +90–100°C - suitable for those who value comfort and gradual recovery.

Regular visits to a dry sauna help relax muscles, improve blood circulation, and generally restore the body. It is especially effective when combined with a contrast shower or swimming in a pool after a session.

The panoramic sauna is part of the three-story Aura Spa & Lounge SPA complex at Phoenix Medical Resort, Skhidnytsia. It is available as part of a subscription or separately for guests of the complex and external visitors.
