Hay room

The hay room at Aura Spa & Lounge is a zone of deep relaxation with the traditions of Alpine healing. Relaxation takes place on hay made of healing herbs - mint, clover and thyme - at a comfortable temperature of +30–32°C. Heat and aroma act simultaneously: it is natural aromatherapy without any medications.

Essential oils of herbs released during heating have an antiseptic effect on the skin, help reduce swelling and relax muscles. Light heat starts the process of removing toxins, and the aroma of hay calms the nervous system and improves the quality of sleep. The feeling after the session is as if you have just returned from a walk in the Carpathian meadow.

A hay room is most often used as an extension of a sauna or hammam - for gradual cooling and a natural end to the SPA ritual. It is in this combination that the deepest recovery effect is achieved.
