Salt room

The salt room at Aura Spa & Lounge is a halo chamber with a recreated microclimate of underground salt caves. The walls and ceiling are covered with salt, and the halo generator constantly saturates the air with finely dispersed salt aerosol with a bactericidal and anti-inflammatory effect. The room maintains a constant temperature of +24–26°C, humidity of 45–55% and high air ionization.

Salt aerosol penetrates deep into the respiratory tract, cleanses the bronchi and makes breathing easier. Regular visits help strengthen immunity, reduce the tendency to allergic reactions and improve skin condition. The atmosphere of the room also affects the nervous system - reduces stress levels and gives a feeling of calm that remains after the session.

Halotherapy is a drug-free method of healing and is suitable for both adults and children. The recommended duration of stay is up to 30 minutes.

Contraindication: It is not recommended to visit if you have acute infectious diseases, high body temperature, cancer, active tuberculosis, and hypertension in the acute stage. If in doubt, consult a doctor before visiting.
